GENERAL
- I have right to post commissioned art work to my social medias. Exception is delayed posting for gift artwork.If you do not want your art work posted publicly, will have added 15% fee.- In order to obtain commercial rights on a commissioned piece of art, I will require an extra 30% of the original commission cost. The only exception to this is Adopts. You automatically have commerical rights to the design but not the artwork I have created.- I have the right to refund a client at any point.- Please allow me 48 hours to reply to your commission inquiry or commission related message on weekdays. I do not reply to commission related work on my days off.- None of my art may be used in block chain related technology, including NFTs.- I will not copy or mimic another artist's style.- I only take Paypal for payment. The currency I accept is USD. Payment is required up front. I will begin working after the commission is paid in full.

YOU MAY:
- You may share your commissioned art piece. All I ask is that I am credited as the artist.
- You may use your commissioned art for personal use, ex: making a t-shirt or blanket for your use ONLY.YOU MAY NOT:
- Use the commission for commercial use, money gaining purposes, merchandise or mass distribution UNLESS we have discussed it.
- Trace the commission.
- Claim that you drew the commission.
- Claim that you designed an adoptable you purchased.
- Edit the commission. If you would like to edit the commission, you will need to ask me first.REFUNDS:
I am happy to issue a refund for work that has not been completed. If the commission is partially completed only a partial refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for completed work.
corrections and edits
- Don't hesitate to ask about changes / be direct about changes. I want your piece to be perfect for you!
- I am more than happy to make edits to your commission but please inform me during the appropriate stages. For example, I will not change the lines, once the lines have been approved.
- I will charge for extra changes if the changes become excessive ( 3 or more)
- I am not responsible for making changes if the references you provided are incorrect.
- Corrections will not be made on a finished piece.

- Please allow 2-4 weeks for your commission to be completed. While I do not anticipate it taking that long, I do leave room in case of emergency.
-Rush order options are available but will cost extra.

ADOPTS:
- You may resell them for what you paid for unless the character's value has increased. This includes but is not limited to art purchased, art created, fursuits created, plushies created, etc.
- You may trade the design.
- You may change the gender and species.
- You may make small alterations to the design but please keep it recognizable to the original design.
- You may not sell or trade to anyone on my Blacklist or act as 3rd Party to allow Blacklisted access to my designs.
- You may not make a closed species off of the design.
- You may not duplicate, copy or "twin" the design.
- You have the commercial rights to the design but not the art work I drew of the design/ adoptable.
