I have right to post commissioned art work to my social medias.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

Please allow me 48 hours to reply to your commission inquiry or commission related message on weekdays. I do not reply to commission related work on my days off.

None of my art may be used in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

I will not copy or mimic another artist's style.

Payment is required up front. I will begin working after the commission is paid in full.

A Rush Fee will be charged for tight deadlines upon agreement first. Deadlines MUST be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of your commission.

If you do not want your art work posted publicly, will have added $20 fee. Delayed posting for Gifts or Anniversary do NOT have added fees.

Additional fees will be charged for complex characters or markings.

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.

In order to obtain commercial rights on a commissioned piece of art, I will require an extra 50% of the original commission cost. The only exception to this is Stream Assets such as Emotes/Twitch Panels and by default are commercial use for Streaming and included in pricing.

Revisions are NOT available for Surprise Me style commissions.

I will send you a rough sketch of you commission for approval. I will accept major revisions during sketch stage.

I will not change the lines once the sketch has been approved.

I will charge for extra changes if the changes become excessive.

I am not responsible for making changes if the references you provided are incorrect.

Corrections will not be made on a finished piece.

Please allow 2-6 weeks for your commission to be completed. While I do not anticipate it taking that long, I do leave room in case of emergency.

Deadlines MUST be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of your commission.

Excessive changes during sketch phase may delay commission progress.

You may share your commissioned art piece. All I ask is that I am credited as the artist.

You may use your commissioned art for personal use, ex: making a t-shirt or blanket for your use ONLY.

Use the commission for commercial use, money gaining purposes, merchandise or mass distribution UNLESS we have discussed it.

Trace the commission.

Claim that you drew the commission.

Claim that you designed an adoptable you purchased. Please see Adopts section for more info.

Edit the commission. If you would like to edit the commission, you will need to ask me first.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

If the commission is partially completed only a partial refund will be given.

Refunds will NOT be given for completed work.

You may resell them for what you paid for unless the character's value has increased. This includes but is not limited to art purchased, art created, fursuits created, plushies created, etc.

You may trade the design.

You may change the gender and species.

You may make small alterations to the design but please keep it recognizable to the original design.

You may not sell or trade to anyone on my Blacklist or act as 3rd Party to allow Blacklisted access to my designs.

You may not make a closed species off of the design.

You may not duplicate, copy or "twin" the design.

You have the commercial rights to the design but not the art work I drew of the design/ adoptable.
